When paying for tickets, choose Pay with Points (if available). If your points don’t cover the full cost, you can pay the remaining balance.
Why can’t I use my points?
Promoters decide whether points can be applied to an event. If the Pay with Points option isn’t available, the organiser may have chosen not to allow points for that event.
Can my points be refunded?
Points are non-refundable, but they never expire. You can use them for future events that support points redemption.
How to check your points balance
You can view your remaining points:
- In your Flicket account dashboard, or
- When checking out for a new purchase - your balance will display automatically.
Using your referral credit
If someone uses your referral link, your credit will appear in your account.
It’ll automatically apply to your next purchase unless you choose to save it for later.
