You can redeem your allocated tickets using an access code by following the steps below.
Go to the main ticketing page for your event.
Find your event and click Event Information.
Enter your access code in the Access Code box, then click Access Tickets.
You’ll be taken to a page where you can redeem the number of tickets you’ve been allocated for that event.
Note: The event and organiser will have specific terms and conditions related to the event, which can be found by going to the event ticketing page.
