The event and organiser will have specific terms and conditions related to the event, which can be found by going to the event ticketing page.
- Log in to your Flicket account.
- Go to My Tickets → Select the ticket you wish to Exchange/Upgrade.
- Along the bottom click Exchange tickets
- Select your new ticket and complete the purchase process, you will only pay the difference + any relevant fees.
