- Log in to your account and go to My Account → My Tickets.
- Click Download All Tickets or View Ticket → Download/Print.
You can:
- Save tickets to your Apple or Google Wallet, or
- Download them as PDFs to your device.
Tip: Take a screenshot of your QR code as a backup before the event.
Why isn’t my QR code showing?
This usually happens if:
- The event has delayed ticket delivery to prevent fraud, or
- The ticket hasn’t been named yet.
Once the ticket is named or closer to the event date, the QR code will appear.
Do I have to print my ticket?
No. You can show your ticket on your phone - we can scan it directly. Just make sure your QR code is visible and not obscured.
